We’re always looking to partner with organisations, discover relevant projects and events, share useful information, and grow our speaker bureau. If this sounds like you, the details below may be helpful.
Our Speaker Bureau highlights women leading the transport sector across Australia. Members come from diverse transport modes, specialties, locations, and both public and private sectors. They generously share their experiences, insights, and leadership journeys.
If you have leadership experience and come from a diverse cultural, age, disability, or identity background, we encourage you to apply. We particularly welcome expressions of interest from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
All submissions are assessed by the National Transport Commission, and a limited number of places are offered each year. While meeting the criteria does not guarantee selection, eligible applicants may be placed on a shortlist for future intake if capacity is full.

If you’re organising a transport industry event that could benefit from the involvement of National Women in Transport, we’d love to hear from you. Our speaker bureau features an exceptional lineup of women experts across a wide range of transport topics, available for panels, keynote presentations, and more. We also offer branding and visible partnership opportunities and have successfully collaborated with numerous conferences. We welcome new opportunities to expand our reach and elevate women’s representation across the industry.
We love showcasing the people, projects and initiatives driving the transport industry forward. If there’s a standout woman, story or achievement in your organisation or sector, let us know — we’d be delighted to feature it in our Spotlight series.
If you would like to be informed of upcoming events and news, let our project team know and they can add you to our mailing list.
